OMIS Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver every order efficiently and securely.
All orders are processed and shipped from the UK.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has left our warehouse.

Please note: during busy periods or product launches, dispatch times may extend slightly.

Currently, OMIS ships within the UK only.
We’re working on expanding international delivery soon.

All orders are sent via a tracked service.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

If you miss your delivery, your courier will leave instructions on how to reschedule or collect your parcel.
